Getting ready to start eating better again....so I am going to log what I eat for awhile to try and stay accountable and see where I can improve for a great start in Sept. I have no goals as far as limiting types of food but want to try and eat about 80% paleo and 20% other, so I will try and incorporate blocks when needed. What i want to figure out is where I could really improve my diet and what I should cut out or find better alternatives.....

Breakfast:

Scrambled eggs
1/4 cup salsa Tostitos Restaraunt Style
Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower ( probably about 1 1/2 cups)
Sprinkled colby jack shredded cheese on top
Black Coffee and French Vanilla Creamer

Lunch:

Chichen Breast seasoned with freshly squeezed lime and carne asada seasoning
roasted red pepps and onions
guacomole
salsa
sour cream
lettuce wrapped around it
Diet DP and Water

WOD:

Dinner:
Ribeye Steak
Spinache Salad with craisins, walnuts, roasted peppers, crumbled blue cheese and sun dried tomato vin. dressing

Post Tuesday 
Breakfast - 3 blck approximately

3 eggs scrambled
2/3 cup steel cut oats slow cooked
1 tsp of Peanut Butter
1 TBS of Catsup on eggs
Black Coffee and cream

3 blck lunch: Omelette

4 egg whites = 2 P
1 Slice Cheese = 1 P
1/2 cup black beans = 2 C
1/2 cup red peppers = .5 C
1/4 cup salsa = .5 C
1 TBS Light Sour Cream = Fat??

Snack: 2 block kinda

1 apple
2 oz deli turkey meat
0 Fat though....prob make it up during dinner......

WOD: Karen-9:01

Dinner: 4 ish block

3 oz of Walleye and 3 oz of Grilled Chicken 5 P
2 cups spinache lettuce - .5 C
8 cherry tomatoes - .5??C
1/2 cucumber-.5 C
a sprinkle of craisins-.25 C
about 4 walnuts crushed - Fat??
1 tbs crumbled blue cheese - ??
Sun Dried Tomato Dressing Vin. - ??

I am two blocks short on Carbs for Dinner but my salad was big enough......if I get hungry later, I will have another apple Smile

1 glass milk and fish oil
