Getting ready to start eating better again....so I am going to log what I eat for awhile to try and stay accountable and see where I can improve for a great start in Sept. I have no goals as far as limiting types of food but want to try and eat about 80% paleo and 20% other, so I will try and incorporate blocks when needed. What i want to figure out is where I could really improve my diet and what I should cut out or find better alternatives.....
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs
1/4 cup salsa Tostitos Restaraunt Style
Steamed Broccoli and Cauliflower ( probably about 1 1/2 cups)
Sprinkled colby jack shredded cheese on top
Black Coffee and French Vanilla Creamer
Lunch:
Chichen Breast seasoned with freshly squeezed lime and carne asada seasoning
roasted red pepps and onions
guacomole
salsa
sour cream
lettuce wrapped around it
Diet DP and Water
WOD:
Dinner:
Ribeye Steak
Spinache Salad with craisins, walnuts, roasted peppers, crumbled blue cheese and sun dried tomato vin. dressing
